With a blend of proven internal and external training, you will also spend at least 1 day every month with the internal training Manager who will set out a progression plan tailored to you individually and is reviewed at least two-weekly.

Finance Recruiters with a track record of Finance recruitment (at least 12 months) can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary £30,000 - £40,000
- Commission to 40%
- Quarterly bonuses and annual super bonus
- flexible working (start as late as 9:30)
- 25 days holiday bank holidays
