A leading independent agency offering Interim, Permanent and Retained Search recruitment services now seek a Managing Consultant to take over an existing £250K desk in London while also building and leading a small team.

This firm have achieved fantastic results year on year and operate across all areas of Insurance, Accountancy & Finance and Financial Services recruitment through a network of regional offices across the UK.

The London office is highly profitable and continues to build out their divisions as part of a major expansion plan. As a result they now offer a very lucrative opportunity for an experienced Finance Recruiter to lead and develop a team while also operating an existing and established desk.

With a well developed and extensive client portfolio  you will work with commitment and pace in a consultative way. You won't be managed by KPI's with this firm, instead you will have a senior management team that believe in offering autonomy to their staff, very lucrative rewards scheme and ample opportunities to develop into Management & Partner roles.

Recruitment Consultants with experience of recruiting for  Accounancy & Finance professinals combined with a proven billing track record can obtain a relaxed initial exploratory meeting with a Partner of this firm and can expect:

• Salary £35K to £45K
