On joining, your first project will be to work closely with the Operations Director to chose your office space - they have purposefully not agreed lease yet so that you can have your say in the opening of your very own office. With the keys to your new office, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business along with managing your very own desk - you will have the freedom to chose whether you specialise in temp or perm placements. As specilaists across the HR, Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Office Support, Logistics , Legal and Technical sectors, you will also have the freedom in deciding which sector you focus on. Geographically, you will be responsible for requirements north of St Ives and as far as Northampton, Leicester, Stamford and Kings Lynn.

Armed with an impressive database that minimises searching time for clients and candidates, you will spend your time mainly with clients, meeting candidates and managing your team day to day. You will also have budget to continue increasing headcount within the first 12 months.

Recruiters with a minimum of 18 months - 2 years experience can expect to achieve:
* Basic salary to £32,000 DOE
* Commission paying 20% on all billings
* Quarterly bonuses of £2k for billings over £40k per quarter
