On joining, you will be gifted a number of established client accounts across the local Cambridgeshire area with immediate vacancies to work. With support from a resourcing specialist and access to an impressive candidate database you will no doubt be making quick placements and earning quick commission. Your dedicated Admin Assistant will also keep your time free from completing registration forms, reference checks and instead give you more time to spend meeting candidates and clients. You will have the freedom to decide on your sector focus across either temp or perm. 

As the Managing Consultant, you will also be responsible for the day to day management and overseeing of a small team of Junior Consultants. You will have full support from hands on Directors when it comes to delivering training, developing and coaching of the team but fundamentally you will have Juniors reporting to you daily and you will be hands on in terms of attending client and candidate meetings, offering guidance and advice, setting up their days and leading 1-2-1 and weekly team meetings.

Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years experience can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary £25,000 - £35,000
  • Quarterly bonuses of £2k per quarter
  • zero threshold commission 10% - 20%
