Joining this expert business, you will work closely and report directly to the Founding Director of the business, leveraging their impressive client portfolio across London and Home Counties. You will enjoy working with a variety of clients ranging from top tier global brands to independently owned boutique businesses, placing creative and marketing professionals into interim positions predominately for Mid- Senior level Management to Director level appointments. New business development will not be your focus. Instead you will spend your time becoming acquainted with your clients and networking with candidates. Armed with all the tools you'd expect from a much larger corporate business, you will have the best platform to access quality candidates while you make the most of the perks and flexibility you get from an independent business.
Heading up the interims division, you will be responsible for delivering on realistic targets for the year and have full backing from the Director to build a specialist team around you. You will also have full P&L visibility on your division, this is your chance to take entire ownership over your area of the business, which in time will lead you into a Directorship.

- Basic salary £25,000 - £35,000
