This boutique recruitment firm requires an experienced Recruiter to lead their Finance requirements - if your talent lies within building trusted relationships with existing clients, you could be the next critical hire for this company. 

Working for this successful brand, you will be solely responsible for ALL finance requirements across a vast client portfolio spanning the East Anglia, Home Counties and East Midlands regions with the help of a specialist Resourcer. You'll enjoy making the most of the "training academy" the business offers, so your time isn't eaten up with on boarding and training duties. 

With instant access to incredibly loyal clients, your focus will simply be to source quality candidates. Relationships and terms are already in place here, so it's your role to establish yourself as the Finance expert and deliver a high calibre candidates. No expenses are spared when it comes to tools here, you will have a Recruiter licence along with access to all industry specific job boards as well as support from a dedicated marketing team within the business - essentially your time is spent doing what you do best, meeting with candidates, building relationships and making lasting placements.

  • Basic salary from £20,000 - £30,000
  • Clear commission 20% - 30% (zero threshold)
