You will be joining the specialist Technical team, partnering with some of the leading brands within the Manufacturing, Production & Fresh Produce industries. Day to day, you will be responsible for sourcing for positions such as Technical Managers, Technologists, Engineering Supervisors, Production Engineers, New Product Development and Quality Control Managers to name just a few. Working on all perm positions, you will be working with existing clients with terms agreed meaning your focus will be on finding the best candidates. With great fees in place across the board, you will be able to make greater placement values and ensure your time is spent on quality rather than quantity.

Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve:

  • Basic salary from £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission 10% - 25% on a zero threshold basis
