About the role
As a firm that holds an enviable position within the local Marketing recruitment market, you will be placing Senior level Marketing, Sales & Creative professionals into mainly inhouse positions with technology and pharmaceutical firms across Cambridgeshire, trading from a strong brand position and take advantage of some brilliant recruitment tools.
With access to LinkedIn premium and a huge client and candidate network built over 15 years you will probably find it easier to make placements here than most other firms, the investment is significant and ongoing and is part of wider commitment to create a positive working environment where you are valued as a team member.
As a firm that believes in quality, ethical and reliable recruitment, you will be around a higher calibre of recruitment professional – so not more frustrations about lack of professional behaviour or questionable team ethics.
This could be your new career home. If so, some of your daily activities could be:
- Arranging, hosting and attending several networking events for both clients and candidates
- Regularly meeting with clients, discussing recruitment strategy and advising accordingly
- Meeting all candidates face to face – this firm believe in strong, lasting relationships with Senior level candidates
- Offering advice to your network when required

If this role sounds good you can expect to achieve the following remuneration package (some flexibility according to level of experience):
- Salary £28,000 - £33,000
- Commission 10% - 20%
- Annual profit shares
- Bi-annually and quarterly bonuses
