Senior / Managing Consultant - Marketing

You will be joining a strong team of recruitment experts that are held in high regard across the London and home counties markets - with demands increasing across the East Anglia, Essex and Midlands regions, you will be taking full responsibility for developing a team to focus on these requirements over time.
This is NOT a cold start desk - you will be plugging into an existing client portfolio with established relationships and will have support from a dedicated business development Manager who will pass over new clients and leads to you. This means your initial focus will be on sourcing candidates and strengthening your network while you make instant placements. What this presents is an opportunity to secure a clear pathway into Management - how quickly this happens is down to you. You won't be restricted by limited budgets nor will you have to wait in line for promotion, you will instead be given extremely realistic targets in order for you to take the next step up.

Recruiters with a minimum of 12 - 18 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £33,000 depending on experience
- Commission paying 15% - 30% on a zero threshold basis
- Additional £15k bonuses per year
