Head of Marketing - Recruitment Agency
A leading light in the world of technology recruitment and executive search now seek a Head of Marketing to lead the development of all of their marketing and digital activities with the support of a Marketing Assistant / Executive.
Working within a large and busy office in London, you will report to the board and will own the company wide strategies for:
- Social media marketing and engagement
- Candidate marketing collateral and systems
- Website development and content management
- Event management
- Advertising budgets, design and management (print and online)
- Employer branding
With such a strong brand name and a healthy budget you won't be held back in terms of investment but you will be expected to be a commercially minded individual that will ensure a good ROI is achieved for all marketing spend.
This role would suit someone that currently leads a marketing function for a recruitment agency and simply seeks greater impact, more board engagement and the support to develop a team.
If successful you can expect to achieve:
- £40,000 - £60,000
