Are you an experienced HR Recruiter? Would you like become Recruitment specialist within the Media and Creative industry?

An opportunity has arisen to work for a well established and independently owned Media and Creative recruitment firm in The City, where you will take over a HOT Dual HR Desk (billing £250k per year). Focused on placing HR Professionals into the Media & Creative industry across London and the wider UK, you will be joining a firm that has achieved a fantastic reputation in their market and recruit for some very high profile brands (including global advertising agencies, publishing houses, TV production companies, film production companies, fashion houses and more)

Working from their stunning office in The City you will work among Media & Creative savvy recruitment specialists who are results driven and focus on providing a quality recruitment service for their clients and candidates.  Their focus on quality recruitment means that you wont be governed by KPI's here - instead you will be supported to managing vacancies fully and with a quality approach. 

This firm continually invest in the ongoing  development of their Consultants and offer weekly coaching  and training sessions which is probably why they have so many top performers in their team.  This firm also understand the importance of providing a Consultants with an inspirational work environment which to date has resulted in a really buzzy and exciting atmosphere but with quite a relaxed management style to allow Recruiters to work in an independent way without the need for constant management and follow up. 

Experienced 360 HR Recruiters with a minimum if 12 months experience you can expect: 

  • Salary up to £40K for Senior Consultants - higher salaries can be negotiated DOE and billing profile
