An opportunity has arisen for a Senior  recruitment Consultant to join a team of HR Services Recruitment specialists, focusing on placing subject matter experts across Immigration, Global Mobility, Employment Law, HR Consultancy and Employment Tax services to the HR community. This is an opportunity for a motivated self starter to work in partnership with the Divisional Manager to obtain greater market share and motivate and mentor the team. 

Ideally from a Tax, Legal, Accounting or Management Consulting recruitment background you will be expected to lead from the front with your client development skills and billings, as well as  assisting the Divisional Manager to mentor and direct the team. As this is a growth area there are opportunities for further career progression and opportunities to build the team further into any of the specialist areas.

Senior Consultants with a proven track record of managing and developing a perm or interim desk, in any professional sector,  will be offered an immediate exploratory meeting and can expect to achieve:

  • Salary £40,000- £55,000 (depending on level of experience and results)
  • Commission starting at 25%

  • Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
