Business is booming for this busy firm and they simply require the expertise of a Senior Consultant with experience of recruiting either Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, or Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain to take over requirements from existing clients within these areas. With two Consultants already making successful placements in these areas, this business need a Managing Consultant to not only ensure as many requirements are being met as possible by billing your own desk, but also to oversee the day to day running of the "Commercial" division. 

You will have constant support from your Director, however, this is not an environment where the Leaders of the business breathe down your neck. The team here enjoy a relaxed, fun and friendly office atmosphere, with a great balance between working hard and having fun at work. It's not a quite office - home to 15 expert Recruiters, there is a great "buzz".

In addition to instant managing responsibility, Recruiters with a minimum of 18 months - 2 years of experience can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic Salary to £32k 
  • Commission paying from 20% - 30% of ALL billings
