Are you a Senior Consultant with expertise in construction recruitment (trades &  labour) that would like to own a larger patch and access a vast database and the support of a Resourcer? If so you could be joining a large and established team in Chelmsford.

As a specialist agency that focus solely on the construction market through a network of regional offices, this firm really “know” construction and enjoy the leadership and tools provided by true industry experts. As a result you will access the right tools and budgets and won’t be over-managed by heavy KPI targets.

On joining the business, you will become part of a well established specialist Trades and Labour team of consultants and will benefit from existing client accounts with live vacancies to fill, a well researched live site list and a huge database of registered and “ready to work” candidates spanning all trades. Your patch will be large and span a large area of the East of England and you will have the support to develop into a Team Leader if that is your ambition.

This is a really exciting opportunity where you will work alongside and receive mentoring from the T&L Manager, who has a high profile within construction recruitment.  You won’t be over-managed like your typical corporate agency – you will set and agree targets with your Manager and if achieved you will receive excellent rewards!

Spending 1-2 days of the week onsite, you will be able to establish and strengthen new and existing relationships with both your clients and candidates. The T&L division have a team of Resourcers who provide constant support to you and your busy desk; they will be responsible for meeting with and registering all candidates, completing compliance checks including reference checks, as well as writing job adverts and marketing vacancies daily. With your dedicated Resourcers keeping a steady supply of quality candidates, your time will be kept free to fill vacancies and maintain relationships with your loyal clients.

Consultants who have a minimum of one year’s recruitment experience (within the Construction, Engineering, Trades & Labour, M&E, Energy sectors of recruitment) can expect to achieve:
