Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Suffolk who is looking to join a more autonomous and professional brand? A chance to join one of East Anglia's most established independent recruitment names in the region and take over a hot desk billing c£15k per month in Sales & Marketing perms is now available to explore.

Established for over 20 years in Suffolk, this professional brand specialises in the temp and perm supply to the local Suffolk and Norfolk areas covering all areas of Accountancy & Finance, Technical & Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Commercial. This well known and highly regarded brand currently seek a consultative Recruiter to take over a hot desk with existing client portfolio, specialising within Sales & Marketing perms. With a particularly strong focus on Sales & Marketing professionals into the Technical & Engineering space, this desk requires candidates to have a more specialist/technical understanding of products meaning your candidates will be more visible and identifiable. Equally, you will also take over a number of clients that do not have a technical focus, resulting in some quick wins from day one.

Under the leadership of a highly experienced Manager who has worked in the East Anglia Recruitment market for several years, you will have instant access to their impressive network and skills. You will feel inspired and rewarded by a close knit and friendly team of Recruiters who simply love what they do and take pride in the partnerships they have with their clients. In order to fit in with this team, you must have a positive attitude and also take pride in working in a consultative way - partnering with clients and candidates and becoming their trusted "go to" Consultant.

Not only will you have an inspiring and helpful team around you, you will also have access to a great back office support system including specialist Resourcers, a great recruitment database, access to a vast client and candidate network grown over the course of 20 years (regularly updated and cleansed by Administrator) and LinkedIn Premium accounts. Your Manager will also work with you to establish a career progression plan, setting and agreeing targets to see you start to build a team around you - you will have ongoing support, training and development. Everything is tailored to you individually from your career progression to the day to day running of your desk.

Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within a professional sector of Recruitment can expect to achieve:

* Basic salary to £30k depending on experience and billings
