Well known across the East Anglia region for reliable and high standards of service into the Commercial & Office Support sector, this non-corporate business are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team.

If you are growing frustrated with micromanagement styles, poor rewards and a lack of development for your career, Recruiter, look no further! This friendly firm are offering a high level of autonomy with hands on Management that does not adopt micromanagement tactics or unnecessary KPIs (i.e call times or BD call volumes). Instead, you will enjoy strong leadership and guidance with the total freedom to run your desk how you see fit. You will also be earning 30% commission on billings along with additional team incentives and bonuses, reward big billings and consistency.

As part of the impressive and exciting growth plans for this business over the next 12 months, all Consultants joining this team will be put through their REC qualifications and will also have clear targets set in order to step up into Management level roles and build specialist teams around them. You will be taking over responsibility for the Commercial desk, recruiting for positions such as Office Managers, Sales Executives, Receptionists, Accounts Assistants, Receptionists, Operations Managers, EAs, PAs and Secretaries across Norfolk and Suffolk. You won't have to worry about making huge volumes of cold calls, this established brand have an impressive network of existing clients across East Anglia meaning you will have a wealth of relationships you can use from day 1.

Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience in an agency can expect to achieve:

* Salary to £35,000 DOE
* G'tee for proven billers
