Many of their existing clients have large Finance teams and constantly require support on roles such as Credit Controllers, Accountants, Finance Managers, Purchase Ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Directors and Bids/Contracts.
On joining, you will have immediate access to an established portfolio of clients - your focus will be on filling their existing requirements rather than winning new business. Supported with an existing candidate database which has been developed over a few years, you will also have access to generous marketing budget for job boards, LinkedIn Premium license and support from Resourcers to help you focus your time on sourcing the right candidates for the positions.
With demands form existing clients so high, the Director of this business is keen to build a team of expert Finance Recruiters around you so naturally this gives you a clear pathway into a Divisional Management role with the full support and backing of a cash rich business and a hands on Director who will always invest in any further tools you may need.

Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience within the Accountancy & Finance sector can expect to achieve:
- Basic Salary from £22,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 25% commission
