This firm operates across multiple sectors and has a number of offices strategically located across East Anglia. Priding themselves on the consultative approach that they bring to recruitment, this company has built a formidable reputation for itself, which has proved to be a foundation for fantastic levels of growth and an ever growing client list.
As a motivated and dynamic individual, you would be taking over a really well-established desk, covering the permanent HR desk that is already billing between c£10k per month with rich client relationships and an extensive candidate database. Working with leading employer brands across the region you will be offering high quality vacancies and generating the very best candidates. The career progression plan here means that making an additional placement per month would see you promoted to Senior within 6 months.
Joining a team of established Consultants, you will be expected to successfully maintain existing client relationships whilst also bringing in new business. As a company that tends to stay away from the pressure of corporate-style KPI culture, you will enjoy a more autonomous approach to recruitment with much more freedom to deliver a thorough and quality service to both clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate for this role would have at least one year of experience within recruitment, preferably on a HR desk or professional services desk, although other areas of professional recruitment are equally valued, and would be excited to join a fast-growing firm with excellent opportunities for career progression.
In return, a successful candidate can expect:
- Basic salary £22,000 to £32,000
- Guaranteed Commission (to 22%)
- Profit Share Bonus
