Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Enjoying a flat management structure of Directors who are "hands-on" and totally realistic in terms of expectation, this team produce some fantastic results and have grown year to year to be an admired and trusted partner in all things related to legal recruitment.
An opportunity has arisen within the Private Practice division where you will be working with long established clients to source the best Legal professionals up to Associate Level on a permanent basis. You will be gifted with an existing client base on a warm desk and as such your focus will be on client retention instead of new business generation.
This firm have brilliant support in terms of tools, every Consultant has a cloud based desktop allowing them to work remotely or while mobile whenever needed. The brand name is strong and a long trading history means a strong candidate and client database is already in place.
If you have a minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment you can expect to achieve:
- Salary £30,000 - £42,000
- Personal commission 33% - 40%
- Incentives (Directors lunch, away days, bi-annual trips and parties)
