Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with a genuine interest in luxury consumer brands? Taking over an existing, high-performing perm desk, you will be managing an existing portfolio of established accounts all focused exclusively within the retail & consumer goods space. Typically managing roles with salaries of £50K to £140K, you will be generating c£250K per annum in fees (based on current billings) and generating an income of c£90K benefits

You will be joining a friendly and fun-loving team that all operate and manage specialist niche desks placing finance professionals into specific industries. This is a highly professional and consultative team that mirror and respect their market's demand for a first class service,  so you will need to have some experience in a professional area of recruitment on a perm desk, however all levels of experience will be considered. There is great autonomy for more senior Recruiters and great support, training and mentoring for more junior level Recruiters. Either way, you will be smart, professional and an excellent communicator that has a consultative style but can have fun while you work.

As the market is so candidate driven you will need to be able to demonstrate great ability to build rapport with, and generate, senior level candidates who don't appreciate an "over-salesy" approach - instead you will have to demonstrate your knowledge of the industry to gain their trust and interest. If you are not already in the Finance or Retail sector you will be assisted with building your technical knowledge.
