You will inherit an existing client portfolio and while you will have some client facing responsibility, you will not be expected to develop new business or negotiate terms of business. You will be expected to confidently liaise with clients, arranging candidate interviews, gaining and providing detailed feedback and keeping on top of live requirements. The Director will be fully responsible for bringing in new business and passing new clients and roles on to you.

Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum 1 year of experience can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary £24,000 - £30,000 
  • 20% Commission on ALL billings (Zero threshold)
