You will be joining the high performance team based in Cambridge where you will be inheriting a hot desk where you will be inheriting a number of existing clients with immediate requirements, with the freedom to focus on either temp or perm specialisms depending on your preference. You will also have the option to specialise within any vertical (again depending on your preference) such as Design, Manufacturing, Systems/Controls, Finance, Marketing and Sales into some of the leading global Motorsport, Aerospace and Manufacturing brands.
Your emphasis will be on providing a high quality service to your clients and maximising opportunities with existing clients rather than heavy sales KPI's. You will have instant access to a large and well established candidate database to help you fill the instant requirements as well as the support from a team of specialist Resourcers and personal access to a number of industry specific tools to help you source the best candidates for your clients. Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within a Technical or Engineering sector can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary £30,000 - £40,000
- Competitive commission structures paying up to 25%
