Joining this close knit team of specialists would see you inheriting a warm perms desk; you will be given the autonomy to decide which vertical of Technical recruitment you wish to focus on from Design Engineering, Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution to Retail.

Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 - 18 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 15% Commission on ALL BILLINGS (zero threshold)
- Commission rising to 20% on completion of probation period
