Joining a team of multi sector specialists, you will be inheriting a Commercial desk specialising in permanent placements across the Norfolk and Norwich areas. Supported with a great local reputation as well as a large and well established candidate database and recruitment system along with great resourcing tools including LinkedIn Premium, generous marketing budget and industry specific job board access. On joining, you will agree with your Divisional Director tangible trigger points / targets in order to help you build your team around you and step into the Divisional Manager role, with full backing to increase headcount from day one. Working 1 on 1 with a highly experienced Divisional Director, you will receive constant training and support in order to take on the challenge of developing into a Management role - this is a truly unique opportunity to learn from a hands on and inspiring Director.
Not only will you have clear and achievable progression, you will also earn instant commission on all placements with an industry leading commission package paying from 12.5% on a zero threshold basis, rising to 22.5% you will simply see an increase in your earnings from day one.

Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum 12 months of experience running a perms desk can expect to achieve the following:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 (Depending on experience)
- Commission on all billings - Zero threshold starting at 12.5% rising to 22.5%
- Company mobile and laptop
- 22 days holiday 8 days bank holiday (increasing by 1 day per year of service)
- Quarterly bonuses for hitting financial targets
- Regular team nights out
