Recruitment Consultant - Contract Digital IT

The opportunity

Resource Solutions Group has been dominating the IT & Change market within Financial Services since it was established over 40 years ago, now with over 200 employees and turning over well in excess of ??250m last year, experiencing exponential growth over the last 5 years.

We have an incredibly strong foothold in the contract market, with circa 3500 contractors working through us across the UK, 80% of whom have worked with us before, and 30% working exclusively with us.

Due to a number of significant business wins our Contract Technology Practice has gone through a huge period of growth. As a consequence we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant contribute to and support the continued development of our Digital IT Delivery Team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants with a contract background and subject matter expertise, ideally within Digital or a similar technical sector. You will have been working in a 360 role but are now looking to move away from hard sales, cold calling and relentless KPIS, to concentrate on delivery, stakeholder management and quality recruitment.

There is a substantial amount of work in this space so the role will initially have a delivery focus, with the scope to develop and expand the desk and elevate our position in the market. We need individuals who are front-footed and driven to develop business through building relationships and opening up opportunities with strategy and market intelligence.

This is not a typical 360 role and there are no KPIs around cold calling; our consultants are encouraged to get out and meet their customers face to face as often as possible. We want people who have the gravitas and professional credibility to engage with senior level candidates and manage key stakeholders within high profile accounts.
