Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Cambridgeshire looking to join a more autonomous firm and work on higher value placements?  A leading independent Recruitment Agency based in Cambridge that specialise in local Mid - Senior placements currently seek an experienced Recruiter to join their successful team. 

Inheriting a hot Sales & Marketing desk, your focus will be entirely on placing Mid-Senior level professionals into permanent roles across the local Cambridgeshire market. With a strong client base, you will be the go-to Consultant for roles such as Marketing Managers, Head of PR, E-Commerce, and SEO specialists for inhouse and agency. You will only focus on salaries of £35k+, meaning higher fee value and more time to focus on sourcing high quality and callibre candidates.

Having worked tirelessly to develop a great reputation in the local recruitment market, this firm is now a trusted go-to agency in Cambridgeshire. Working closely with the Business Manager who currently runs this busy desk, you will be trusted to take over a large portfolio of loyal and established clients with immediate vacancies. You will have access to a number of great resourcing tools to help you manage immediate requirements and start making placements as soon as possible, including a well established network of professionals on a well kept and modern database, access to specialist job boards and LinkedIn Premium.

Joining this close knit team, you will be given plenty of autonomy without any over zealous Management breathing down your neck or barking orders. Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
  • Competitive commission to 22% (uncapped) 
  • Profit shares
  • 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays
  • Pension
