Joining this leading and highly professional recruitment consultancy in Ipswich can offer you an opportunity to take over a PA, Secretarial & Office Support desk placing Personal Assistants, Business Secretaries, Legal Secretaries, Receptionists, Insurance Underwriters, Claims Technicians and Junior Risk Auditors with a variety of highbrow Insurance providers and Finance & Credit Management businesses across Suffolk and Essex. As a desk that has historically produced c£320k this is a desk capable of even greater levels of success due to incredibly strong market conditions and a very strong client and candidate database that already produced a constant incoming work-flow of exclusive vacancies and candidate registrations.

Your new role awaits and your typical day will involve:
- Regularly meeting with your clients, delivering a high quality and consultative service
- Investing time in meeting with great candidates that would be suitable for your clients
- Effectively marketing live vacancies (with the help of the in-house marketing team!)
This obviously gives you an incredibly strong platform from day one, but in the medium to long term you will also gain opportunities to build a team around you and step up into a Senior/Principal/Team Leader position.
If you can demonstrate the experience required you can expect to achieve the following outline package (flexible according to level of experience):
- Salary £25,000
- Guarantee for up to 12 months
- Commission on ALL billings up to 15%
- Team bonuses and additional quarterly bonuses up to £1k per quarter
- 5% matched pension – increasing to 10% with time served
- 25 days holiday, increasing by two weeks every 5 years
- Additional annual leave days for charity events
- Flexibility on start/finish times
