Search Consultant - HR Leadership
A successful and growing executive search practice with an admired reputation for delivering executive and c-suite search assignments, now seek ambitious Search Consultants to lead their HR leadership practice. This opportunity is open to contingency perm Recruiters looking to move into a retained / search model or existing Search Consultants looking for headroom and support to lead their own practice area.
With extensive stakeholder relationships typically at CEO, COO and CFO level this firm have strong trading histories across many markets with blue chip organisations across the UK and tremendous research, mapping, data and resourcing support. This is a rich platform from which to fast track your career in search and will see you join a group of peers leading their own practice areas.
You will be mentored by one of the Managing Partners / Founding Directors to help establish yourself as key player in this market and if you haven’t been involved in generating or delivering your assignment pitches to clients you will be given full support and coaching to do so in a way that offers a high conversion rate and at fees of c35% for entire packages (not just salary).
You will use your understanding of the senior HR market to good use, interpreting senior level and sometimes complex briefs, interpreting market trends, company cultures and candidate behaviours as needed in order to truly operate as an expert in your field. You will be truly specialist in everything you do, with real credibility as a search professional that is fully immersed in their market. This firm already enjoy senior relationships with major global brands as well as well-funded start ups and the market is incredibly buoyant offering instant opportunities to deliver pitches and take over existing searches - however you will be expected to network and develop your sector further to allow for future market segmentation and to create your own Practice over time. Your efforts will be supported by a team of lead generators.
This firm won't manage you by KPI's, in fact you will have total freedom to operate your desk in your own style and ultimately your own their vertical stream, allowing you to pick the very best clients to work with and strategically use the senior relationships of the directors of the business.
