Recruitment Consultant (BDM/Account Manager) - SAP IT & Corporate Services

Join one of Australias most successful and well known specialist SAP recruitment and resourcing companies as a new BDM/Account Manager for our SAP IT and Corporate Services division.

Founded in 2000 by Nick Speller, the Speller International team has built an enviable reputation as experts in the field of SAP resourcing and recruitment across Australia and Asia Pacific.
Speller International comprises of 3 divisions - SAP (IT), SAP Change and Training and our newest division, SAP Corporate Services.

In this role you will be recruiting across contract and permanent opportunities, focusing on a comprehensive range of SAP IT roles such as Functional and Technical positions, whilst then developing the business user side for the clients with Corporate Services. This is a great opportunity for the right person to build their recruitment knowledge across a variety of roles and disciplines.
You will be given support from management as well as your colleagues and you will be able to take advantage of existing PSAs and relationships, but ultimately we are looking for a hungry sales person who truly enjoys the BDM aspect of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/BDM (80% of the role)

Business development
Account management - develop and enhance either new or existing relationships
Negotiating terms of business with clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Foster & develop key relationship with internal BDMs to ensure collaboration of information and knowledge to ensure optimal service to our clients
Where required, working in partnership with the Resourcing Team on candidate searches
Retain a strong knowledge of SAP within the marketplace, including current and future trends

Resourcing - (20% of the role)

Searching for suitable SAP candidates (Example, Procurement Officers, Finance Managers, Functional Consultants, Testers, Project Managers etc)
Achieve minimum targeted phone calls to candidates
Negotiating terms with candidates in the best interest of all parties
Monitor and follow Speller Internationals SAP Resourcing Methodology to ensure full qualification and quality of delivery of shortlisted candidates is exceptional
Advertising requirements in the companys standard approved media. Other forms of media advertising can be used with the prior approval of management

You will be able to utilise the Speller International Resource/Candidate Management team in order to deliver to your clients. The team has a combined 45++ years of SAP resourcing experience behind them ensuring you can add value to your clients from day 1!
