You will be in the enviable position of inheriting a hot perms desk with the freedom to choose your specialism within the IT sector such as Support & Infrastructure, Development, Projects & Change, Testing & Quality Assurance or Project Management. Working directly with an established client base, you must have strong rapport building skills in order to forge lasting and trusted relations with your clients who all have immediate requirements for you to start working on instantly, resulting in instant fees and earning instant commission. Surrounded by an expert team, you will have full support in filling any gaps in your understanding of the Industry. You will also be provided with some of the best tools in the industry including a large and well established candidate database which is regularly cleansed, LinkedIn Recruiter, your own marketing budget and support from a Resourcer. Essentially, you will have the best platform to reach out to the best quality candidates in the industry.

Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within recruitment can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
