Recruitment Consultant, Perm Finance

We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join the business, operating from a warm desk with extensive client relationships to leverage, you will be able to make an immediate impact with scope to build your desk and take ownership of your business area.

The opportunity

Sanderson, part of the wider RSG group, are best known for providing IT & Business Change professionals into prestigious organisations, predominantly within Financial Services. More recently we have developed a Professional Services division, including pure Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR & Procurement.

The Finance Practice has been operating for the last 5 years and currently split between Bristol and Edinburgh. Due to the considerable success and as part of our continued growth we are looking to create a team in Manchester.

We have long established partnerships with large FS organisations, providing a number of RPO and MSP solutions, alongside both perm and contract contingent recruitment services. There will be an immediate and continuous flow of work for you to manage, as well as unlimited opportunities for you to expand your desk and develop the Sanderson Finance brand in Manchester and the North West.

What we need

First and foremost, we are looking for Consultants who are passionate about recruitment and driven to build a long term and successful career with our organisation. Recruitment can be challenging and unpredictable, so resilience and tenacity essential. We want to see committed, determined and focussed individuals who can build long term relationships with both customers and colleagues.

You will have experience of recruiting Finance professionals ranging from trainee accountants to Financial Controllers and be comfortable managing a recruitment process from end to end. Exposure to developing new business would be advantageous, however, a delivery focused consultant with a desire to do so would also be of interest.

Relationships are at the centre of everything we do, so you need to gain the trust and respect of your clients and candidates. This requires commercial awareness and professional gravitas as well as conducting your work with integrity and proficiency.
