A truly admired firm now seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Broadcasting & Media team while they are going through a major period of growth. You will be joining this firm at a really exciting time, with the potential to progress into a Team Leader. You will initially work closely with the Director who is overwhelmed by the amount of work they have coming in. Which means you are inheriting a wealth of existing client accounts - less bd, more placements and instant earnings. 

You will take advantage of the fact the Director's desk is exhausted with jobs and you have immediate access to great mentoring, incredible resourcing tools and the fact this firm is home to a team of incredibly successful consultants, who you will be surrounded by. This company work in an incredibly cool space, operating in the heart of Media, Radio & TV production firms. You will be placing broadcasting professionals into these firms - there is enough work here to see this team grow rapidly! 

This established company are offering the right candidate the opportunity to excel in a really cool sector, offering training, career development and incredible rewards and benefits. If you have a minimum of 12 months experience you can expect to achieve:

• Salary to £35,000
• 10-20% Commission
