Want to lead and develop your own branch of a leading name in Technology, E-Commerce and Digital recruitment? If so an established brand and an existing team in Cambridge await your leadership skills.

Managing a team of 5 direct reports you will have full backing and support to extend the team further and will enjoy some fantastic tools as expected from a pure play IT brand. While your focus won't be about your own billings you will have ownership of a high performing desk so that you can lead from the front (this desk is biggest billing perm desk in company across all locations),

This is not a corporate /PLC - it is a privately owned, cash rich and consultative firm and is lead by a flat leadership structure who truly understand the business and have realistic expectations in terms of results. The focus here is not so much on KPI's, but rather quality outcomes and as you will be running your own branch will offer a strong degree of autonomy.
