One of the most successful and respected recruitment brands within the public sector now seek an experienced Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant / Team Manager to lead their highly successful HR team.

Taking over an existing desk and team, you will be part of a highly successful management team and reporting to the MD. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR Recruiter to not only lead a team but also join an incredibly successful firm where average billings are £500K - £1M.

While this is a high performing team they are made up of Recruitment Consultants just like you! People that previously felt stifled and over managed in big corporate firms or worked for firms that were too small and offered no progression. They have a fantastic model that has accelerated the billings and earnings of everyone that has joined while keeping a quality approach.

While managing your own busy HR desk you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the team and seeking out opportunities to expand and increase the sucesses of the team. You will have fantastic support from the leadership team who lead by example and are constantly networking and working with clients to asssit your efforts with business development.

The desk you take over has a historical biling profile of £300K+ per annum and your team are experienced Consultants.

If you have proven ability within HR recruitment and have existing experience of managing a small team or have the ambition to do so please get in touch. You could be achieving:

  • Salary £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience and billing track record)
  • Title: Head of HR
  • Commission paid on ALL fees - ZERO THRESHOLD
  • Personal commission paid at 15% - 25%
  • Commission based on team performance
