We have a rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment Consultant to join our Government & Defence team, recruiting permanent IT & Business Change professionals on a permanent basis into to a wide range of Homeland & International Security and Defence organisations, including HM Government and affiliated organisations.

The opportunity

This is a chance to work in an interesting, exciting and elite market sector where you focus on building valuable, long term relationships, developing a thorough understanding of your Clients' business and your Candidates' disciplines.

It is a warm desk, with no KPIs around cold calling. There is a vast amount of work coming in from our existing clients, as well as exponential growth in that area of the business, so you have vacancies to work on from the start and throughout your time with us.

You will be working in a close knit team of highly experienced recruitment professionals, with the training and ongoing support to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to be successful in this role.

What we need

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the IT & Change market. It is not necessary to have exposure to Government & Defence organisations, but an interest in or an affiliation with that are would be beneficial.

Ideally you will have come from a 360 position, with an understanding of all aspects of the recruitment process. Your strengths should lie in building relationships through strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport and trust with your customers, as well as sourcing and delivering only the highest calibre of candidates.
