One of the most trusted Executive Search firms in the UK has a long-standing office in Cambridgeshire and now seeks an experienced Perm or Interim Recruiter join their expert team and make the transition into Executive Search.
This option will see you report directly to the Managing Partner who will act as your your mentor as you transition from a contingency model to true search. You will be managing assignments for senior management and board level candidates with salaries between £80,000 and £250,000 and minimum fees of c£20,000 per assignment.
This firm enjoy high profile status within their chosen specialist practice areas and over a long trading history have amassed a far reaching network of both candidates and clients alike. Upon joining you will be working closely with a Director on existing assignments in order to understand and master the search process before moving on to managing your own client portfolio.
You will be provided with full training and support in all aspects of the Search model from the Research and Delivery (non-sales) cycle, progressing through to the full Executive Search Consultant allowing you to become a true expert in the entire Search process. Depending on your preferences, this flexible firm will allow you to decide which avenue you would like to pursue - with progression available across various specialisms within Research and full Search, your career progression will not be limited in any way.

Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 - 18 months experience within Recruitment can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary from £40,000 depending on experience and billing profile
- Bonuses paid on research and shortlists delivered (£500 - £1000 per month on average)
- Commission from 30% - 35%
