Are you currently working as a Resourcing Consultant or a Trainee Consultant in Norwich seeking a more exciting opportunity in the City that would see you gain more career progression? A great opportunity is now available to explore in Norwich following the recent acquisition of a long established local brand by a highly successful independent recruitment group.

You will be in a hands on Delivery focused from day one by helping support a high volume key account. You will play a key role within the business by contacting suitable candidates, conducting telephone screening calls, arranging candidate registrations and meeting all candidates face to face, managing compliance documentation, coordinating candidate time sheets, liaising with client contacts regularly to ensure service levels are being maintained. While you will be involved with both client and candidate interactions, you will not be responsible for new business development or sales. You will access to a number of great resourcing tools to help you identify, attract and reach out to quality candidates suitable for the requirements including a huge and well established database of candidates across the local Norfolk area, access to local job boards, LinkedIn Premium account and a generous marketing budget. Essentially, you will have the best platform available to reach out to all candidates which will result in you earning commission based on the placements of candidates you are responsible for generating. 

With the backing of a much larger independent brand, you will have the support and guidance of a very experienced Director who plays a hands on role within the office and is interested in the continued progression of the entire team in Norwich. Depending on where your preferences lie, you will be supported in your career whether you are keen to develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role or remain within a non sales Resourcing capacity there are options for both pathways.

Resourcers / Trainees / Recruiters that can demonstrate a minimum 6 months of experience supporting / running a temp or perm desk can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary to £24,000 (depending on experience)
