One of London's biggest recruitment success stories now seeks an ambitious Recruiter to join their thriving Actuarial (insurance) team.
Joining this long established and highly successful division, within a large professional team, you will be working with the world's biggest names in all areas of insurance placing technical candidates from Researchers and Analysts through to Actuaries, Investment Managers, and Directors.
As this is a long-established brand in this space you will enjoy the benefit of instant recognition and respect from clients and candidates alike and will have access to instant live accounts and roles. While you will be expected to also develop some of your own new contacts this is a thriving and busy market with a shortage of candidates so there is no real new business development to do - your focus will be more on relationship building and strengthening.
This is a highly professional and consultative team that mirror and respect their market's demand for a first class service, so you will need to be an experienced Recruiter within a professional services industry if you are not already working within the insurance market. You will be smart, professional and an excellent communicator that has a consultative style.
As the market is so candidate-driven you will need to be able to demonstrate great ability to build rapport with, and generate, senior level candidates who don't appreciate an aggressive sales style! Instead, you will have to demonstrate your knowledge of the industry to gain their trust and interest.
