Senior Recruitment Consultant ??20k - ??30k + OTE

Sopra Steria recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join the new business division.

I'm looking for someone who has a proven track record as a 360 recruiter, to grow a team around them over the next 12 - 24 months.

You will have autonomy in your role (none of this vertical market, specific area or technology) while progressing your career with an established recruitment organisation.

You won't be micromanaged and have KPI's for the sake of KPI's, we have a grown up relaxed environment in the office.

Requirements:

- You must have billed over ??80k+ all from new business

- Commutable to our offices in South Manchester.

- Drive and ambition to grow a team

- Money motivated

- Strong relationship builder
