Graduate Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT/Marketing/Finance

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer with strong communication skills, keen to work within the fast-moving Recruitment sector. As well as a work-hard play-hard mentality, you need to have exceptional attention to detail, a flexible approach to work and a desire to exceed all expectations in everything that you do.
This role does not include any sales element or cold-calling; you will be working with an existing customer base and working alongside corporate accounts for global companies helping to resource contractor requirements and permanent vacancies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and to learn and to become a fully competent, professional Recruitment Consultant in time.
You could be a fresh graduate straight from university or you could have around 2-5 years experience within a busy office environment with strong administrative and communication skills, a good level of education and a desire to succeed through your own commitment and dedication.
