Trainee Recruitment Consultant job role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to learn our companies values and beliefs, specific markets in which you will be recruiting for and must have a can do' attitude. As you will be joining as a senior, we will expect you to use your own initiative and grow your current desk, database and build upon relationships new and established with candidates and clients.
In this position you will be expected to be in charge of the full 360 recruitment process, and the potential to help junior members of the team when required too.
You will also have the following responsibilities :

Trainee Recruitment Consultant job role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to learn our companies values and beliefs, specific markets in which you will be recruiting for and must have a can do' attitude. You will also have the following responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop new business relationships with clients - warm and cold calling
- Maintain and develop your markets database
- Have an excellent understanding of Marcus Donald's Contract/Permanent Terms and Conditions
- Write and place job advertisements using job boards and our company website
- Fully qualifying candidates, job requirements and finalising a placement
- Ensure that all candidates and client records are kept in line with recruitment legislation
- Previous experience in an recruitment/sales based position (minimum of 1 year)
- Organised Manner
