An inspiring independent recruitment firm based in Suffolk currently seek an experienced Recruiter to join their established team as the Divisional Manager, taking ownership over the highly successful Commercial offering. Having been established in the region for over 20 years, this quality firm are one of the most established and long serving independent agencies in East Anglia, trading on their "quality over quantity" approach and working in partnership with both clients and candidates. 

As a result of an internal promotion, the opportunity for a Divisional Manager is now available to explore. Taking over instant management responsibility, you will be taking a hands on "lead from the front" approach overseeing the Commercial team. You will be inheriting a hot desk focusing mainly on Senior level roles within the Commercial sector, this desk currently bills in excess of £15k per month in temp revenue and £10k per month in perms - you will have the freedom in choose which discipline you wish to focus on. Lead by a hands on Director who has extensive experience within Recruitment, you will be fully supported with full backing of the Director to expand and develop your division as you see fit. Pioneering this great brand that has worked tirelessly to become one of the leading regional suppliers to multiple sectors, you will have no problem in developing the Commercial division further.  Using your experience and expertise you will be required to hold regular reviews with Consultants, providing constructive feedback in order to develop their skills, giving positive encouragement and training where needed. 

The business is supported with a number of great resourcing tools available to all members of the team including a large candidate database, modern recruitment system, access to all industry specific job boards, CV searching facilities, support from specialist Resourcers and LinkedIn Premium to name a few. 

This opportunity would really suit an experienced Team Leader / Manager who is seeking a grown up and autonomous environment or an experienced Principal / Managing Consultant seeking an opportunity to step up their responsibilities. Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum 3 years experience within recruitment (Management experience is preferable) can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary range £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • Commission up to 15% on a zero threshold basis
  • Team override commission
  • Car Allowance

  • 25 days holiday 8 days bank holiday
