Joining an established team of expert and like minded recruiters who strive to provide a high quality service to their clients and candidates, you will be inheriting a hot desk focusing on roles within the local Cambridgeshire area mainly on permanent placements. You will be given the freedom in deciding which specialism you focus on from Support & Infrastructure, InfoSec, Development & Programming, Architecture, Implementation, Project Management or Senior level Appointments. You will have instant and full access to a fantastic number of resourcing tools including a large well established and well maintained candidate database, LinkedIn Premium, support from Resourcer and a huge network of clients and candidates to tap into. 

With full backing to expand the team around you, this autonomous firm will allow you to give direction to the team as you see fit. With emphasis on quality rather than excessive KPI pressure, you will be treated like an adult and with generous rewards you will feel truly appreciated by your Seniors and team. With pathways into Regional Management and Directorship, if long term progression is important then this firm will certainly provide this for you.

  • Basic salary to £40,000
  • Commission to 20%
  • Team Commission / Bonus
