A well known and much admired independent recruitment agency, with a network of regional offices across the UK, are now launching their new Harlow branch as part of an ambitious growth plan for 2016. With a growth programme led personally by the MD, you will be part of the founding team - providing great opportunities to develop into Team Manager and Branch Manager roles as the office grows.

Using your existing knowledge of the local Essex market, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager to develop relationships with local employers across all areas of Commerce & Industry. You will own the Office Support Temp Desk and will be given a great deal of autonomy to attack your market as you see fit. This firm believe in providing their Consultants and Managers with the very best tools, so while you will enjoy the feel of a more relaxed and non-corporate environment you will be taking advantage of a rich suite of tools and support at branch level and from Head Office. You will enjoy the freedom to just focus on managing your clients and candidates from a non high street location with on-site parking, where you won't have to deal with constant walk-ins disrupting your day or that aren't relevant to your desk.

Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 1 years experience can expect to achieve:
