Social Housing Sales Manager

As a true Social Housing specialist you will be responsible for client development and winning work for the delivery team so you will spend the majority of your time networking at a senior level, attending events and enjoying a pure client facing role.
It will be your responsibility to align the company with Housing Associations and Social Housing contractors across white and blue collar sectors, and forge close relationships with key contacts to win work and gain preferred agency agreements. This will involve networking, lead generating, site visits, head office visits and working closely with the delivery team to deliver fantastic recruitment solutions into new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate for this role will have good experience within Social Housing recruitment and will be a natural rapport builder and communicator. This opportunity is open to sales consultants with proven ability to win and develop clients in any area of public sector recruitment.
In return, a successful candidate can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £35,000
- Commission (bespoke based on spend from key accounts and key KPIs)
