Regional Manager - Technology
A dynamic and award winning firm within IT recruitment now seek a Regional Manager to further develop their Operations in the Northern Region via their established Leeds office.
As part of a larger independent IT recruitment firm, with several successful regional offices, this firm enjoy elite status across all areas of IT & Technology recruitment. The Leeds office is well developed but needs the full time leadership of an experienced Manager to maximize it's full potential and take advantage of the business opportunities available.
With a very strong existing client base you will be tasked with developing both the Contract & Perm teams further and coaching existing Seniors & Team Leaders to lead larger teams.
To be successful here you will need to be a hands on leader. Someone who loves going out on client visits and pitches with your team. Someone who can seize commercial opportunities and help the team to convert leads into solid projects. Someone who loves recruitment and can really nurture and develop talent. And most importantly someone who knows how to build winning team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team or Divisional Manager looking for greater headroom and more autonomy You will be reporting to a Board Director in London so must be capable of managing an office independently (although you will be able to access any support you need).
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing key accounts
- Leading pitches and business development strategies
- Day to day management, training and coaching of Consultants and Team Leaders
- Career management of staff
- Reporting to Board Director
- P&L responsibility for Northern Region
- Delivery of KPI, fee and profit budgets
If you have a proven track record in IT / Technology recruitment and have experience of managing and developing teams you could achieve:
- Salary £50,000 - £90,000 (depending on background and profile)
- Commission & bonuses
- OTE £150K +
