One of the UK's most vibrant and modern HR recruitment firms now seek a Recruitment Consultant (any level) to take over an established Temp Desk focused on placing all levels of HR professionals into commerce & industry clients across London & South East. This large (but non-corporate team) focus their teams and desks in a specialist way, breaking down key areas of the market by discipline and seniority - their ability to work at a senior level with high profile brands allows them to keep segmenting their markets and immerse themselves deeper into the HR space.
The business plan for 2017 is ambitious and will see their team grow significantly in order to take advantage of their workload. One key hire will be to appoint a Recruitment Consultant (any level) to take over a busy Temp Desk placing HR professionals into Commerce & Industry. Taking over an existing client and candidate database, you will be tasked with further developing the desk but with some excellent support and tools. You will also benefit from a leadership team that tirelessly network and develop relationships at a senior level passing you a constant flow of roles, leads and warm relationships.

Consultants with a proven track record of managing and developing a temp desk in a professional sector will be offered an immediate exploratory meeting and can expect to achieve:
- Salary £30,000 - £45.000 (depending on level of experience and results)
- Commission starting at 25%
- Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
