A leading UK recruitment firm with a first class reputation within the Built Environment is actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their White Collar Construction division in London and focus on the Main Contracting market.

With divisions focused on Construction, Property & Surveying and FM & Maintenance, this agency is a true specialist within the Built Environment and, following fantastic year on year results, is seeking to add several experienced Consultants to each division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join a fast-growing, ambitious company and focus on the Main Contracting market. Surrounded by fellow specialist Recruiters focused on core markets such as Residential, Retail & Fit Out and Social Housing, you will dominate your niche building on existing relationships whilst also forging new ones. This is a warm desk that will see you inheriting client relationships, vacancies and candidates and typically managing roles such as Planner, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Site Manager and Project manager for SMEs through to leading global Construction Contractors.

As an experienced Recruiter you will relish the opportunity to manage a large geographical desk with no limitations, as well as access to many social media, resourcing and marketing tools, as well as your very own resource! On top of this, the company also has a more relaxed management style than most agencies, straying away from restrictive KPI systems and allowing Consultants to work with more autonomy in order to achieve fantastic results in the most efficient way possible. The desk in question is currently billing £20k and with the right amount of nurturing, a successfully Recruiter can bill over £30k a month.
