Principal Consultant - Town Planning

An independently owned, specialist Property Recruitment business based in London are seeking an experienced Recruiter to spearhead the businesses’ Town Planning offering in the London office.

Having recently taking on a Practice Lead to head up the Division nationally, this agency is now seeking an exceptional Recruiter to spearhead the London offering, with the ultimate aim being to build a team around the appointed individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Principal Consultant to make the next step up in their career into Management and have a large influence on the development of this Division, and also offers the chance to work directly alongside a truly outstanding Town Planning Recruiter and Director.

You would be provided with all of the tools and resources necessary to make this a success, with a budget to bring on new hires within the first 3 months, and will be receiving constant advice and support from an experienced team of Directors with a proven track record in building out new teams and Divisions.

• Basic salary £32,000 - £37,000
