You will be given the chance to take over a warm Engineering desk, depending on your preference you will be given the choice of specialising in temporary placements or permanent placements of mid- senior level engineering professionals. With access to a number resourcing and marketing tools, you are sure to make an instant impact on filling the live requirements of your loyal clients which you will be inheriting along with your desk, resulting in earning instant commission! You will be expected to maintain these long standing relationships as well as establishing new relationships as your desk grows, working with this reputable firm will mean this will not be an issue.

If you are able to demonstrate at least 12 months of experience working within Engineering or Technical Recruitment, you can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
  • Guarantee for proven billers
  • Financial incentives based on individual, team and company performance
  • Commission paying 10% - 20%
